Waiting for Green.

I am having a hard time with Time.

How quickly it is passing. Today is the big girls’ last day of school for the year. On Monday, Big Girl graduates from Preschool. My tiny one is on the move, pretty much keeping up with her big sisters.

I took the picture above last Sunday as we walked home from Little Girl’s baptism at the church where Husband and I were married. I will write more about this day when I am ready, but for now, a glimpse. Of a moment on a street corner, of a pinch of time. Time.

I imagine I will get used to this time-flying-thing. I imagine I have no choice. Because that’s what it does. It flies.

Cliched? Yes.

True? You bet.

Have a wonderful weekend of creatures and moments.

  1. I don’t know. I still have a very hard time with this. I’ve told myself the only way to handle time’s swift passage, since I can’t change it, is to fully immerse myself in my life as I live it. That means I have rich memories, but truthfully it hasn’t helped the keen pain of how fast it all flies. xo

What a beautiful, perfect picture! Yes, I agree, time flies. Absolutely!
