I welcome my second girl. An October kid like me. I lose Dad to cancer. Two weeks later, I sign with a literary agent. Before Christmas, I sign my first book deal.

I begin blogging at Ivy League Insecurities.
2010.
I publish my first novel LIFE AFTER YES. I begin dreaming about having another kid.
2011.
I give birth to my third daughter and write what is probably my favorite post from my hospital bed.
2012.
I decide to give up booze for a year and write about it. I begin this blog.
